The ones ordering Deliveroo after a hard week and calling it absolutely necessary. The ones who have spent more on skincare than they would like to admit and have zero regrets about it.

A few years ago I lost myself. There is no more honest way to say it than that. And rebuilding, finding out who you actually are when life strips everything back, doing it with no manual and no roadmap and no guarantee that any of it is going the right way, is one of the most disorienting and quietly brave things a person can do. I am still doing it. In real time. And I decided to stop doing it alone.
