Meet Pamela

Stop scrolling. You have found your people.

I am Pamela. 30 something. Corporate career by day, figuring out the rest as I go. A passport with ambitions. Strong opinions about everything. And an absolutely unshakeable commitment to never pretending my life is more together than it actually is.

I built this corner of the internet because I was done. Done scrolling through perfectly filtered feeds and immaculate highlight reels and feeling like I was the only one whose life looked nothing like that. Done seeing polished and put together everywhere I looked and thinking, where are the rest of us? The ones figuring it out in real time. The ones ordering Deliveroo after a hard week and calling it absolutely necessary. The ones who have spent more on skincare than they would like to admit and have zero regrets about it.

A few years ago I lost myself. There is no more honest way to say it than that. And rebuilding, finding out who you actually are when life strips everything back, doing it with no manual and no roadmap and no guarantee that any of it is going the right way, is one of the most disorienting and quietly brave things a person can do. I am still doing it. In real time. And I decided to stop doing it alone.

Pause With Pamela is where I document the rebuild. Beauty, skincare, hair, travel, food, lifestyle, the points and loyalty hacks that mean I rarely pay full price for anything, and the honest unfiltered reality of being a 30 something woman figuring out who she is and what she actually wants. This is not a highlight reel. This is the whole thing.

Finding my community has been part of the rebuild too. If you landed here and something felt familiar, that is not an accident. You are exactly who this is for.

No filter. No polish. No performance.

Just Pamela. And whoever you are, you are very welcome here.

Now. Let us get into it.
